GOLF FEES
In the past we have allowed golfers to pay their fees on the morning of the event. This year we are requiring all fees to be paid prior to the event. You can do this by submitting a check to the address on the Contact Us page or by paying online. Thank you!
ARRIVAL TIME
Opening ceremony is at 7:30am. We ask that all golfers arrive no later than 7:00 to ensure there is enough time for registration check-in. Registration CLOSES AT 7:15! Shot gun start begins promptly at 8am. We appreciate your cooperation.
RAFFLES
We are working on efficiency! In order to "shorten" the raffle drawing process we will pull the winners during Contest Winner Announcements. There will be a "winners" board where you can check if you've won. Raffle sales will end approximately 2:00pm. If you are not present during the drawing please check back here to see if you are a winner. You can arrangement pick-up of your prize from TWE.
BUFFET AND OPEN BAR
Start time is promptly 1:00 and will end at 3:00. Please push along on the course to ensure you are up to the clubhouse in time to enjoy!
